How to measure for fit: With a (soft) measuring tape, hold one end of the tape at you shoulder bone and go diagonally across following the shape/curve of your body to the opposite hip bone.  The sliding buckle on the XL lanyard adjusts up to 40" cross body so the top of the bottle will rest comfortably at your hip bone.
