If you are not happy with your purchase, no worries, contact us within 60 days of your shipment’s delivery date. We unfortunately do not offer exchanges only money back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.  Any item not in its original condition, that is worn, damaged or missing parts, is not eligible for a refund.

If your item arrived defective or damaged, our apologies, please contact us within 48 hours for a return/refund.

Shipping a Return

To return your product, mail it to: GlamourMouse Returns PO BOX 3249 Cedar Hill Texas US 75106.  The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for non-defective items. Shipping costs incurred at checkout are non-refundable.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and when to expect your refund.
